Welcome to Lenay Merch! By shopping with us, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using our website or purchasing our products, and include details about warranties, limits of liability, and other policies.

We work hard to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen or device. 

While we hope you love everything you order, we can’t promise it will be exactly as it appears online.

When you place an order, we’ll review and confirm it before processing payment. We may need to decline or adjust orders in certain cases, and if that happens, we’ll contact you using the information you provided. 

Please double-check your order before submitting, as we may not be able to cancel or change it once it’s accepted.  All purchases follow our Refund Policy. Orders are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, plus any taxes, shipping, or other fees listed.

Some prices may differ from other stores or sites. eFrom time to time, we may run promotions with separate terms, and those will apply if different from these terms.

Please provide accurate payment and contact information so we can process your order. By making a purchase, you confirm you’re authorized to use your payment method and agree to pay all charges shown at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Each product is made just for you after you place your order, so delivery may take a little longer. Producing on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction — thank you for making thoughtful purchasing choices!

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for it passes to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Lenay Merch, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Lenay Merch is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lenay Merch. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Lenay Merch, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Lenay Merch.
